We want every Milow & Paws order to arrive as expected.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where practical.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-returnable items
Used grooming items, opened consumables, and personalized items may not be returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
